Westbeer, Terneuzen 22-12-2020

After doing some grocerieshopping in Terneuzen I saw a dramatic dark sky in the distance. As I had my camera with me, I decided to take some time to see what it looked like over the Westerschelde. I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful play of light. Rainbows, sunlight on the water, the water turning an interesting color green and a dark blue sky over Vlissingen. I even took out my tripod to try some longer exposures. Nice, but I prefer the better definition of the waves with the shadows behind them from the morning sun behind my back.
